The hotel is ideally located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the main attractions in the old city. It is within walking distance of famous landmarks such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. there is a supermarket and a great restaurant just around the corner. the room and bathroom are comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the sea. the service provided by the staff is helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options.

Some guests have reported that the soundproofing in the rooms is not very effective, which can result in noise from neighboring rooms and hallways.

Great introduction to Istanbul. Expected less, but received excellent service, lovely breakfast with great views, comfy clean room. Would highly recommend it to anyone as a great priced option.

Location in Old Istanbul is good. Sitting on the roof terrace for breakfast was nice.

Breakfast included - except for fried eggs/omelet and orange juice - which you have to pay extra for. I hate being nickled and dimed. Rate was upgrade to "sea view" room - which allowed for seeing a bit of the ocean. Better view was higher up.

The hotel was reasonably priced and had a magnificent location close to a mosque overlooking the Bosphorus. the staff was very attentive and provided great services. - We had such a wonderful experience during our 8-day stay at Saruhan Hotel in Istanbul.
